Delivery and Returns

UK orders are now 2 days and can be subject to sailing delays, USA is between 10-15 days, Canada has fully tracked mail. US – For Tracking go to https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com and enter the word SNEE and your order number. Example SNEE112345

European orders, Good List: Great countries to order from France, Italy and Spain. These countries are covered by our insurance and lost/damaged orders will be resent.

Back ordered items delay shipments. Let us know if you would like to wait for back ordered items to come in, normally a couple of days, or swap for a snuff we have in stock

Banned List: If your country is not on any of the at risk lists you are fine. The following countries seize posted snuff. Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Romania, do not order to these countries.

High Risk List: Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Slovenia, Germany,The Netherlands and Luxembourg. We will send but it is advised to keep orders very small as we can’t resend.

Medium to low Risk: Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden. We will resend but insurance must be taken.

Please check your country and if you want to risk it you do so at your own expense.

ROW orders are taking 25-40 days. If a tracked delivery is reported as delivered and you haven’t received it, you must take it up with your delivery company as we cannot do anything from our end.

Insurance – Like every shipper in the world we charge a nominal amount to insure your order against going missing up to £/€/$45. If you opt out of insurance, we cannot resend or refund. If snuff is illegal in your country or customs seize it this makes our insurance null and void. Customs do get it wrong, and you can negotiate but if they won’t you have the right to refuse and reorder at your expense.  

If your country is on any postal warning list, for example, Russia, Albania, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Canada most African countries and most of Central and South America. Please note that we are unable to resend to these countries. Canada is on the warning list and Australia is not on any warning list, but both Canadian and Australian customs do sometimes stop orders and try to tax at ridiculous amounts, just refuse and reorder. This is often cheaper than paying the tax.
