Shipping And Handling - It is our aim to process all orders by the next workin day following receipt of the order. shipping cost are calculated on a sliding scale as a percentage of the total order. We charge as close to the true cost of delivery as we can. On some rare occasions when lighter products like bullets are bought you maybe charged more than the true cost but, more often you will be charged less than the true cost of shipping.
Payment - All payment is in UK pounds. Prices in other currencies is for guidance only. Non-Europeans do not pay EU tax. Please be aware if you are buying from outside the UK your bank/card company may charge you for currency conversion. We only accept payment by credit, debit card and Sofort as this guarantees the purchaser is over 18. All inbound tax is the responsibility of the purchaser should you choose to reject the order no refunds will be given. Please check that tobacco is not restricted in your country before placing an order.

Returns Policy -We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. If there is a problem please email firstname.lastname@example.org then if instructed return the items to the address below, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.
Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional postage charges incurred).
Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.
Lost Mail - Full Refunds or compensation will be given for lost mail where goods are not prohibited in the country where the order originates or the country is known for having a corrupt postal service and is prone to mail loss or is on a Royal mail high risk list. No refunds or compensation will be given if goods ordered are prohibited for mailing in a particular country. All orders from countries with restrictions on the mailing of tobacco are the responsibility of the person placing the order. USA - We report all United States of America shipments of snuff to the tax administrator of the State into which the shipments are made.
We declare all tax liabilities to United States of America customs departments and individual State departments via the appropriate customs declaration.
Toque snuff has been authorised for sale in the United States of America by the office of Tariff Affairs and Trade Agreements U.S. International Trade Commission Washington, DC 20436 and has been classified under tariff number 2403.99.2040 the duty is 24.7 cents/kg. In addition to duties, Toque snuff is also subject to Federal Excise Tax.
